The project aimed to develop a targeted marketing strategy for Chilosos to effectively engage specific consumer segments and drive sales. A thorough understanding of the target audience was necessary to ensure the strategy resonated with their preferences and behaviors.
I conducted in-depth research to understand the target consumers’ preferences, demographics, and behaviors, which informed the development of three personas representing key audience segments. These personas helped shape relevant, engaging social media content tailored to each segment. Using XMPie, I then mapped a strategic customer journey, creating a personalized experience from sign-up to receiving purchase incentives at Chilosos. This data-driven approach ensured a seamless brand experience that resonated with consumer motivations and effectively boosted engagement and sales.
