
For the MAM Resale Store project, I served as Project Manager and Digital Strategy Director, where I oversaw the planning and coordination of a multi-channel communication strategy. I organized and facilitated team meetings, tracked deadlines, and ensured all project components were completed on time and aligned with the overall goals of the brand.
I supported the development and management of digital and print content, including website updates, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials. My role focused on maintaining consistent messaging across platforms while supporting brand identity and audience engagement.
Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with team members to integrate marketing and communication efforts, problem solve challenges, and adapt strategies as needed. This experience strengthened my skills in project management, digital strategy, and cross-platform communication within a real-world business setting.
